ZIN Class Posting Tool

Who can post a class on Zumba.com?
Only ZIN Members in good standing are able to post classes on Zumba.com. (Interested in becoming a ZIN™ member? Click here to join).
What is the benefit of posting and updating my classes on Zumba.com?
There are over 300,000 students searching for classes on Zumba.com every month. When you use the ZIN Class Posting Tool, your classes will be listed on Zumba.com for everyone to see. This will allow new students to easily find your classes.
What type of classes can ZIN Members post on Zumba.com?
Zumba®, Zumba® Step, Zumba® Toning, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba Gold®, Zumba® Gold Toning, Zumba® Kids, Zumba® Kids Jr., Zumba Sentao®, Zumba® in the Circuit, Plate by Zumba®, Zumbini®
What are Active Class Groups on the Manage Classes section of ZIN Home?
Active Class Groups are classes that repeat on the same days, times and locations, which are active and listed on the Zumba.com class search. For instance, if you have a class every Monday and Thursday at 7 p.m. in the YMCA, you can create an Active Class Group that repeats weekly on Monday and Thursday at 7 p.m. instead of having to create individual class listings for each day.
What is Dance Level on a class posted on Zumba.com?
Now you can choose between Entry Level for classes that cater to beginners or All Levels for classes with more advanced steps and choreography.
What is Workout Level on a class posted on Zumba.com?
Workout Level indicates the intensity level of the class (Low Intensity, Medium Intensity or High Intensity).
What is Music Flair on a class posted on Zumba.com?
Music Flair indicates additional music rhythms and genres featured in your class, alongside Zumba\'s traditional Latin fusion music (a.k.a. Latin & International Rythms).
What does it mean when a class is marked as Unverified?
When a class is marked as Unverified, it means that the posted class group has not been edited in any way for over one year. Updating your classes ensures that new students show up at the right place at the right time.
How can I make sure that my in-person classes on Zumba.com are not marked as Unverified?
There are two easy ways to make sure that your in-person classes are not marked as Unverified on the class postings on Zumba.com:

  1. Select an End Date when you're creating your class posting. Once the end date arrives, your class will be removed from the class search.
  2. Make sure to update your classes every 6 months. To do so, go to My Classes on ZIN™ Home, click on Options under the Active Class Group, edit any fields that need updating and then click Done. If all the fields are up to date, please make sure to click on Done to validate that this class should not be marked as Unverified.
How can I remove the Unverified flag from my classes?
If your classes have been flagged as Unverified, you can do the following to remove this flag: Go to My Classes on ZIN™ Home, under the Unverified Class Groups section, choose Verify or Delete for each listing to update them.
If I select End Date when creating a class posting, what happens when the end date arrives?
Classes with end dates will simply get removed from Zumba.com search results when the end date arrives.
What happens if I select No End Date when creating a class posting?
Your classes within the Active Class Group will be searchable on Zumba.com for one year. If they\'re marked with No End Date and not edited in any way within that year, they will be marked as Unverified. To make sure that they\'re not marked as Unverified, go to Manage My Classes on ZIN Home, click on Options under the Active Class Group, edit any fields that need updating and then click Done. If all the fields are up to date, please make sure to click on Done to validate that this class should not be marked as Unverified.
What happens if my ZIN Account is on hold or canceled and my classes were previously listed on Zumba.com?
If your ZIN Account is on hold or if you cancel your ZIN Account, your class postings will be removed from Zumba.com.
What happens if my ZIN Membership is overdue and my classes are listed on Zumba.com?
Your class postings will be removed from Zumba.com in 30 days from the time your ZIN membership payment is overdue.
